English: U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Michelle Howard, commander of Combined Task Force (CTF) 151, gets a tour of Spanish ship SPS Numancia (F 83) by Spanish navy Capt. Juan Garat Carame, commander of the 41st Escort Squadron, April 8, 2009, in the Gulf of Aden. Numancia is part of the multinational task force for counterpiracy operations. USS Boxer (LHD 4) is the flagship for CTF 151, a multinational task force conducting counterpiracy operations in and around the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea.
