Čeština: "Lesní kostel" - místo tajných evangelických bohoslužeb v době protireformace v místě zvaném Za Kámen v Nýdku na západních svazích Čantoryje. Na skále pamětní deska Jiřího Třanovského.
Polski: "Leśny kościół" - miejsce tajnych nabożeństw ewangelickich w epoce kontrreformacji w miejscu zwanym Zakamień w Nydku na zachodnich stokach Czantorii. Na skale tablica pamiątkowa Jerzego Trzanowskiego.
Deutsch: "Die Waldkirche" - eine geheime Gottesdienststätte der Lutheraner in der Zeit der Gegenreformation an dem Ort gennant Zakamiyń ("Hinterstein") in Niedek am Westhang des Czantory-Bergs. Am Felswand die Gedenktafel von Georgius Tranoscius.
English: "The forest church" - a secret Lutheran service place used in the time of the Counter-Reformation at the place called Zakamiyń ("Behind the Stone") in Nýdek on the west side of Czantoria Mount. On the rock the plaque commemorating George Tranoscius.
