This building is still extant 2020 as the 74th Street Alehouse. County records give the building's construction date as 1912 but according to Pacific Builder & Engineer O.C. Williamson had this building built for $4,000 in 1909 by the Sutton Brothers, with M.S. Sutton as the architect.
