Description
English: Photo from the area around Oppdal Railway Station in Oppdal, Norway in April 2019:
  • Entrance of Oppdal Tourist Hotel by the train platform.
  • The hotel building, designed by Gudmund Hoel (1877–1956) at NSB's architectural office, was commissioned by Norsk Spisevognselskap ('The Dining Car Company') and is clad in slate stone from Oppdal. It opened in 1924. The hotel has received additions, including some from the 1980s.
