Description
Deutsch: Temporäre Ausstellung des Baumstumpfs mit Wurzeln einer 200-jährigen Eiche, die im November 2019 auf den Seelower Höhen, dem Schauplatz der letzten Kämpfe im Zweiten Weltkrieg geborgen worden war. Er wurde von dem Osnabrücker Künstler Volker-Johannes Trieb mit weißer Farbe besprayt und zunächst im Mai 2020 vor dem Brandenburger Tor in Berlin aufgestellt. Unmittelbar nach der Eröffnung der Ausstellung in Osnabrück am 25. September 2020 wurde im Rathaus Osnabrück des 50. Todestags des gebürtigen Osnabrückers Erich Maria Remarque gedacht.
