Description
English: An old, odd, two-light traffic signal on the southwest corner of the intersection of South Eighth Avenue and West First Street in Mount Vernon, New York. Don't ask me why, but these had red and yellow lights, instead of red and green. The broken lens facing eastbound 1st Street traffic should also be noted.
