| Description | Starting off looking for Carnegie Libraries, I've discovered another philanthropist who donated money for libraries : Passmore Edwards. This building was half library, half swimming pool - interesting combination! No longer used as a library but didn't look in too bad a state. The pool side now appears to be a boxing studio. |
