Description
English: The Old Dispensary , also known as the Ithnashini Dispensary, can be found also on Mizingani road, opposite the Ferry Port on Stone town's sea front. This building was officially completed in 1894. It was originally built as a hospital by Tharia Topan, a Wealthy Ismaili Indian, to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee but he died in 1891 before its completion.
