DescriptionOne of several security personnel protecting this building, stands ready to assist her teammate 981027-F-QY364-506.jpg |
English: One of several security personnel protecting this building, stands ready to assist her teammate. In front of the table, an Exercise Evaluation Team member of the 51st Communications Squadron, Osan Air Base, ROK, approaches an entry control point with a concealed (simulated) bomb. During the bag search, it was discovered and actions taken. Osan AB team members routinely train in their contingency duties during Combat Employment Readiness Exercises, such as this one, held in conjunction with exercise Foal Eagle. Foal Eagle allowed the armed forces of the US and the Republic of Korea an opportunity to train together, testing their skills and interoperability in the event fighting breaks out between North and South Korea.
