English: Supplementary Movie 1 Repeated activation of nuclear export in HEK 293T. Cells expressing NLS-mCherry-LEXY were repeatedly irradiated with blue light pulses (indicated by “+ light”) followed by recovery in the dark. Fluorescence images of mCherry were taken every 30 s. Numbers indicate hours:minutes:seconds.
