Description
English: Front view of the building that was completed in 1909 through financial assistance from the Carnegie Fund. Property at the southwest corner of Simcoe Street South and Athold Street West was purchased in 1906 from Dr. Coburn, and the Carnegie Fund contributed $12,000.00 for a new library, which was completed in 1909.
