Se encuentra áreas de montaña de Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Bolivia, por supuesto que también contamos con su presencia en Venezuela. Actualmente su imagen se ve en el billete de 50 bolívares del país y se busca su protección para evitar su extinción. Éste modelo para mi en El Parque Zoológico y Botánico Bararida Barquisimeto, Estado Lara. |
