Deutsch: Ostdeutsche sind keine eigene Ethnie im Sinne des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes. Dies entschied das Arbeitsgericht Stuttgart am 15. April 2010. Geklagt hatte eine ostdeutsche Frau, die in der DDR geboren war, und mit der Bemerkung "(-) Ossi" von einem potentiellen Arbeitgeber abgelehnt worden war.
English: East Germans are not considered a separate ethnic group in the sense of the General Act on Equal Treatment. The labour court of Stuttgart decided on this issue on April 15th 2010. The suit had been filed by an East-German woman, who was born in the GDR, and had been rejected with the label "(-) Ossi" by a potential employer. |
