Description
English: SS-Officer Otto Schwarzenberger testifies in his own defense during the RuSHA-Trial in Nuremberg.

This photograph was taken by US Army photographers on behalf of the Office of Chief of Counsel for War Crimes (OCCWC) during the trial, which lasted from July 1947 unitl March 1948.

The USHMM-Website wrongly states that copyright on this photograph belongs to the USHMM itself, which is merely hosting the picture taken from the NARA, which keeps the photographs and original prints. It should correctly state PD-USGov-Military-Army.
