The document is also signed by his wife Amelia. Document has some age yellowing, a small chip to upper right corner area and a creased over corner to upper left corner. Hand signed in most certainly period quill, the writing on this deed is legible. There is a split and weakened fold seam to upper right quadrant when opened up and another small hole on an adjoining seam fold mark. A lovely green seal is bright although it has a portion missing.
