Principal Component Analysis plot for 354 Y-chromosome haplotypes from the public Ysearch database, identified as belonging to Y-DNA Haplogroup J and its subgroups. Data represent first and second most significant components calculated from 6 Y-STR markers. Unlike the corresponding image obtained using 37 STR markers, with only six markers the different J1, J2 and J2b subhaplogroups are not well resolved. |
