Description
English: A Quicktime file containing a movie of a control acinus. The data file movie shows images taken at 30-minute intervals over 20 hours of imaging beginning 20 hours after the indicated treatment. The playback rate is 15 frames per second. The H2B:GFP-labeled nuclei are seen in white. The additional data file movies are the data used to generate the cell tracks shown in Figure 5b.
