English: Japan's Prime Minister Naoto Kan is briefed about the state of Ishanomaki High School by Japanese Ground Self Defense Force Lt. Gen. Yuji Kuno, the Comander of the 6th Division, JGSDF, at Ishanomaki City's high school (uploader's note; Ishinomaki Commercial High School, 宮城県石巻商業高等学校),[1] April 10. Kan visited the school and took time to shake hands and voice his appreciation of the U.S.'s support in the wake of the level 9.1 earthquake and the ensuing tsunami, March 11.
