Description The U.S. Navy motor torpedo boat USS PT-333 operating at high speed off New York City, New York (USA), 20 August 1943, during the training period of Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron 24. Note her green-tone camouflage scheme, and the nickname "Green Beast" on her cabin side. The squadron was commissioned on 10 May 1943 and later saw action in New Guinea and the Philippines.
