Description
English: Rear Adm. Earl L. Gay, commander of Expeditionary Strike Group 3, arrives aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland. Cleveland is en route to the Hawaiian Operating Area to support Rim of the Pacific 2010. RIMPAC is a biennial, multi-national exercise designed to strengthen regional partnerships and improve multi-national interoperability.
