Page 120-121 features buildings constructed for the Alaska-Pacific-Yukon exposition including the Agriculture Building, the Manufactures Building, Machinery Hall, the Fine Arts Building, the Auditorium and the Foreign Exhibit Palace. Page 127 article discusses shipbuilding on the Puget Sound and the construction of the Battleship Nebraska. Page 128-129 features the Carbon Hill Coal Company in Carbonado, Washington. Page 138 discusses night illumination at Luna Park in West Seattle. Pages 141-143 includes advertisements with photos of the Denny-Renton Clay and Coal Company.; Pages numbered out of order: 1-2, 5-18, 87-90, 23-34, front cover, inside front cover, 93-144. Pages 137-138 are photocopies provided by the California State Library. Original pages are missing. Issue includes second part comprised of the Pacific Builder and Engineer Yearbook. 1909 volume missing issue 28. First half of 1909 listed as Volume 7, second half of 1909 listed as Volume 8.
