English: Chaklala Pakistan (Oct. 14, 2005) ---
Pakistani Soldiers carry an injured woman off of an MH 53 Sea Stallion helicopter from Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron 15 (HM-15). Two MH 53 helicopters from the squadron's Bahrain detachment made the 3 day flight to northern Pakistan to assist in the relief efforts in progress. The Sea Dragons with an internal payload capability of 15,000 pounds can haul more supplies than any other helicopter currently working in Pakistan. The United States government is participating in a multinational humanitarian assistance and support effort lead by the Pakistani Government to bring aid to victims of the devastating earthquake that struck the region Oct 8 2005.
