Memorial(s) of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution/Memorial place of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution (wooden memorials, installed in 2006, extended with a plaque in 2016, multiple contributor: Jan Chovan, Slovak woodcarver, István Egri, woodcarver from Balassagyarmat, Mátyás Moór, chief architect of the city; Zoltán Horváth? and Zoltán Csemniczky? others?). Memorials are: a standing man with a Flag of the Hungarian Revolution (1956) statue /in 2022 damaged condition/, a memorial cross (inscription: "1956 / Defeatedto win / Devictus Vincit / 2006"), kopjafa memorial with CoA carving (under CoA ~"Their lives for the fatherland for the martyrs of the nation 1956") - Palóc (former Erzsébet) Grove /Est. 1898/, Balassagyarmat, Nógrád County, Hungary

1956-os emlékművek /1956-os emlékhely/ egy keresztből (felirata: 1956 Legyőzetve győz Devictus Vincit 2006), kopjafából (címer faragás alatt "Életüket a hazáértés a szabdságért a nemzet vértanúinak 1956" hiányos? felirattal) és zászlót cipelő alak szobrából álló együttes (Jan Chovan felvidéki fafaragó mester, Egri István balassagyarmati fafaragó, közremüködők: Moór Mátyás városi főépítész, Horváth Zoltán? és Csemniczky Zoltán?) Egymástól kb. 10-15 m-re háromszög alakban helyezkedenek el.
