Parisa was trying to get back to her babies while I was taking pictures of her. I didn't spend much time with her so this is the best photo I got for her. I didn't want to stress her out so I brushed, played with her, took a few pictures, and then let her back with her babies.

About Parisa, from SCAT's website: Parisa was living under the deck of a home. The owners noted she was very pregnant and malnourished. She was trapped and went into foster care...a very frightened and anxious young cat. At first she seemed feral but it soon was evident she was just alone and terrified. She gave birth to her kittens shortly after being brought to foster care and was and still is the best and most devoted mom ever. Her foster mom has a special place in her heart for her watching her care for her babycats. Parisa is a small lovely tortie.She is very intense and quite affectionate. She is still very stressed when taken to the vet but recovers easily. She has not yet been introduced to the other cats and dog in the foster home because she remains very protective of her kittens. We are not sure how she will get along with other animals. Estimated date of birth is March 11, 2014.
