Summary edit

Description An unusual view of Parliament Square looking south showing St. Margaret's Church and Westminster Abbey behind. This is a pre WW1 view and it appears that the Royal Standard is flying from the church tower, a sign of the monarch's presence although it is strange that the square appears more or less deserted.
