English: Party of ten people standing and reclining on an island or peninsula, with hills in the background.


This lovely picture was taken in front of the Lake Hotel as can be seen in [/photos/91549360@N03/ OwenMacC] link to the OSI map below. Owen also informs us that the four stone columns are there as markers of the road in times when the lake is high. In the map link it does say that the area is liable to flood.

On the face of the earlier OSI map (6") the Hotel premises is labeled as Castlelough.
