Description
English: Video of a male House Sparrow (Passer domesticus) sandbathing in a flowerbed in Dresden. The recording starts about 1 min in - the whole sandbath lasted about 3 minutes, then it flew into the next tree. The video was cropped and resized for a better close-up view of the sparrow, so it looks a little blurry.
Deutsch: Video eines männlichen Haussperlings (Passer domesticus) beim Sandbaden in einem Blumenbeet in Dresden. Die Aufnahme beginnt ca. 1 min nach Beginn des Bads - das ganze Sandbad hat ca. 3 min gedauert, dann flog er in den nächsten Baum. Das Video wurde bearbeitet (Bildausschnitt eingeschränkt und vergrößert), damit der Spatz näher zu sehen ist, aber es wird dadurch etwas unscharf.
