Description
English: Passing of Knowledge (2003) by Singaporean sculptor Victor Tan Wee Tar, in the Sun Garden in the Tanglin Core area of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. A gift by the Rotary Club of Singapore, it depicts the four-way test, a philosophy embraced by Rotarians worldwide: "Of the things we think, say or do: (1) Is it the truth? (2) Is it fair to all concerned? (3) Will it build goodwill and better friendships? (4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned?" See Sun Garden. Singapore Botanic Gardens (2007).
