Summary edit

Description
English: Path junction. This is the point where the North Downs Way leaves the top of the North Downs when travelling westwards, going steeply down the scarp slope (note the wooden post with acorn symbol just visible). Although a path continues to the right and can be used to reconnect with the North Downs Way further on, the official route is more attractive. Note also the Coal Tax Post (see 1151027).
