Description
English: A view of the Rogue River through a decorative guardrail on the Patterson Memorial Bridge, which was built in 1932 and spans the Rogue River at Gold Beach. The design by noted engineer Conde McCullough introduced prestressing, an important advance in bridge engineering. His designs often featured art deco styling elements shown above.
