Description
English: Peacock Willson's bank. Many of the shops on Lincoln High Street have impressive facades above modern shop fronts, River Island is one of the finest examples. Built c1895 as Peacock Willson's bank premises by architect William Watkins, the splendid terra-cotta work was executed by Doulton's of Lambeth.
