Description Pen y Bryn Manor, Aber (originally known as Garth Celyn, Aber Garth Celyn). Parts of Ty Hir, the medieval house, the thirteenth century home of the two Llywelyns, still remain, converted into an Elizabethan manor house. The tower dates from c. 1200.
