Penny of Offa
Description
English: an early-medieval penny of Offa of Mercia (757-96), Light Coinage (c.765-92), mint: East Anglia (probably Ipswich); moneyer: Eadnoth (runic inscription); North 336/2; Chick 165. Ref: North 1994: 91; Chick 2010.

The coin has a large flan 19mm in diameter and weighs 1.24g. The coin has a crack running almost all the way across the face.
