Description
English: As part of a publicity stunt for the American comedy drama film Penrod (1922), actors Marjorie Daw and John Harron, who played young lovers in the film, denied that they were engaged by use of a sign in this still stating "We are NOT going to be married," which appeared in several newspapers across the nation. Shown with film director Marshall Neilan, from page 45 of the April 15, 1922 Exhibitors Herald.
