Folha 2, de 3 folhas, 95 x 74 cm. Escala de 1: 36450 ou “6 polegadas por ligne de 20 ao grau ou 2 polegadas por milha geográfica igual a 1852 m”; escala gáfica de 3 milhas = 14,9 cm. E 6 Km = 16,4 cm. Impresso aguarelado, J. F. M. Palha gr.. António Pedro de Azevedo, 1879. Arquivo e biblioteca de Rui Carita em depósito no Arquivo Regional da Madeira.

Carta Geo-Hydrographica da Ilha da Madeira e dos Ilheos e Baixos adjacentes. Levantada collectivamente em 1842-43 pelos officiaes do vapor de guerra britânico Styx e o capitão do Corpo de Engenheiros António Pedro de Azevedo, hoje general de Divisão reformado por Decreto de 12/12/1878. Correcta e publicada com várias ampliações em 1879, fazendo parte da collecção de Cartas, Mappas, Vistas e memórias appresentadas por este official ao Commando e Direcção Geral de Engenharia e Ministério da Guerra. 1879.
