Slovenščina: Projekt Družini prijazno podjetje za Petrol pomeni nadgradnjo dosedanjih prizadevanj za lažje usklajevanje dela in družine. Prednosti aktivne, družini prijazne politike v podjetju so večja motivacija zaposlenih, večja pripadnost podjetju in večja produktivnost, večje zadovoljstvo in zmanjšanje stresa pri zaposlenih, zmanjšanje stroškov povezanih s fluktuacijo zaposlenih, večanje ugleda podjetja pri poslovnih partnerjih, kupcih in v družbi ter večanje konkurenčnosti podjetja. Tudi s takšnimi ukrepi želi Petrol ustvariti najprivlačnejše možnosti za zaposlitev in s tem privabiti najboljše kadre na trgu delovne sile. |
