Description
English: The black pepper is added to the batter. The carp is deep fried. As a side dish usually potato salad or a salad plate is served. The carp was served at the Fischküche Reck in Möhrendorf.
Deutsch: Beim Pfefferkarpfen wird dem jeweiligen Ausbackteig gestoßenen schwarzer Pfeffer beigemischt. Nachdem der Karpfen durch den Teig gezogen wurde, wird er in Fett gebacken. Als Beilage wir meist Kartoffelsalat oder ein Salatteller serviert. Der abgebildete Karpfen wurde in der Fischküche Reck in Möhrendorf serviert.
