Description

Stick model of the phenylmagnesium bromide dietherate complex, [PhMgBr(OEt2)2], as found in the crystal structure.

Hydrogen atoms have been omitted for clarity.

X-ray crystallographic data from J. Am. Chem. Soc. (1964) 86, 4825-4830.

The quality of data is quite poor for the carbon atom positions, particularly the ether carbons, so these have been estimated with molecular mechanics and should not be taken too literally.
