English: Bicycle riders in New Orleans.
nola streets mono I For the monochrome shots I had to do some postprocessing, mostly to increase overall exposure/brightness. For the sooc color images I tended to under expose by 1/3 - 2/3 EV so as to manage highlight clipping in the harsh mid-day lighting. This seems to have not been necessary for the monochrome shots, though, as highlight clipping appears to be less of an issue, almost natural/desirable in some cases. Lesson learned for next time. |
