Français : Plan général des terreins et bâtiments situés entre la rivière et la rue St Honoré depuis le Pont Neuf jusqu'aux Champs-Elisées avec un Projet indiqué par le Sr Poyet architecte du Roi et de la Ville pour réunir dans la même enceinte le Palais de nos Rois, celui de l'Assemblée nationale, le Louvre dont on ferait l'Hôtel de Ville et la Place de Louis XVI afin de réunir les pouvoirs civil et militaire et éviter la dispersion des différents départemens qui ralentit le service... Dédié à la Commune de Paris le 21 mars 1790
