English: Yuri Chaplin — The director of the National Park «Plescheevo Lake» in 1990—2001. Gorget patch denotes the rank of «Director of the state institutions of the Yaroslavl oblast (forester)», is made from the dark green velvet with two longitudinal lumen with edging of gold embroidery. Gorget patch holds 3 stars of 18 mm and the emblem of the State forest inspection, all made of anodized aluminium.
