Slovenščina: Leta 2010 je družba Petrol prejela certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje, s katerim se je zavezala k boljšemu usklajevanju dela in družine. Certifikat je postopek , ki svetuje kako usklajevati poklicno in družinsko življenje zaposlenih. Na podlagi takratnega stanja je družba Petrol sprejela 19 ukrepov, katerih namen je izboljšanje kakovosti delovnega okolja. Ti ukrepi so/bodo dodatno pripomogli k večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in njihovi učinkovitosti.
V zadnjem tednu šolskih počitnic, avgusta 2012, je družba Petrol v okviru projekta pripravila brezplačne enotedenske aktivne počitnice za otroke zaposlenih. Zadnji teden je bila odlična izbira, saj je večina institucij, ki ponuja počitniško varstvo že zasedenih, prav tako pa je večina staršev že na svojih delovnih mestih. |
