Türkçe: “Karakol binalarının köhneliği ve gayrı sıhhi durumunu gösterir birkaç misal:


1. Fatih Emniyet Amirliği, Karagümrük Merkezi, Kızıltoprak Merkezi binalarının maili inhidam olmaları ve bu durumları ile tehlike arz etmeleri sebebiyle mezkur merkezlerin amirleri, personellerini bu binaların yatakhanelerinde yatmaya icbar edememekte ve mes’uliyetten çekinmekteydiler.

2. Zeytinburnu Emniyet Amirliğine bağlı telsiz karakolu yatakhanesinde havasızlık sebebiyle hiçbir memur yatamamaktadır. Telsiz karakolunda daha evvelce vazife gören ve karakolda yatan memurlardan dört tanesi tüberküloz olmuştur.

3. Mevcut 53 ahşap karakolun damları kış aylarında akmaktadır ve bu karakollar normal bir şekilde ısıtılamadığı için personelleri devamlı olarak hastalıktan kurtulamamaktadır.”
