| Description |
English: Ponies grazing on the lawn, Gurnetfields Furzebrake, New Forest This flat area to the east of Culverley Farm was ploughed up for agriculture during the desperate times of the Second World War. It is now a 're-seeded' area of lawn and it is common to find a lot of ponies grazing here. There are a few cattle ruminating here too. The gorse that springs up on the lawn is cut back manually. |
