Description

Os deputados petistas da Comissão Especial de Desenvolvimento Urbano: Rosemberg Pinto, Maria del Carmen e Gika Lopes realizaram, na manhã desta terça-feira (11), uma visita técnica ao trem do Subúrbio, acompanhados do presidente da Companhia de Transportes da Bahia (CTB), Eduardo Capello. Os parlamentares fizeram de trem o percurso da Estação da Calçada até Paripe e verificaram as perspectivas positivas que o sistema de Veículo Leve sobre Trilhos (VLT) vai trazer à região. Com previsão de ser concluída em até 24 meses, a implantação do VLT vai ampliar o alcance de 13,5 km com 10 paradas para 18,5 km com 21 paradas (ligando a região do Comércio até Paripe), melhorar significativamente o desenvolvimento urbano e atrair visitantes a esta bela área de Salvador que é desconhecida por muitas pessoas. Todo percurso, de um extremo a outro, será realizado em 40 minutos e beneficiará cerca de 100 mil pessoas por dia.
