Devon Bastress, a quick reaction force troop with B Company, 82nd Division Special Troops Battalion, sets up communication for aerial support and ground forces with a ground based antennae in Shaykh Ali district, Parwan province, Afghanistan, Dec. 19. Bastress, a Canton, Ga. resident, is assigned to Task Force Cyclone and operates in Parwan province providing security and training in numerous locations in the province.
