Description
English: mitfa::GFP+ and dct::mCherry+ melanophores in a living wild-type larva. In contrast to mitfa::GFP+ cells (green), cells expressing the later melanophore lineage marker dct were detected only in the hypodermis. Shown here are cells expressing mCherry driven by the Takifugu rubripes dct promoter.
