Description

Sent by a nurse, Margaret Ripley, to her mother back in England.

As far as I can tell (corrections and additions welcome) this reads: "12.5.15 Quite safe after yesterday. They say canon is destroyed hope it is true. Those wretched [?]s seem to be busy again in England. Got my stocking alright yesterday many thanks. Nothing settled yet, longing to get home, anyway tomorrow is last day at Hospital & then we shall have a few days holiday. Will let you know as soon as possible when to expect me. Best love Mar"
