Description
English:  : Prelate villa listed. Built in 1800s to András Gyurki for wine press house. Róbert Bednárcz (Papal Prelate) bought and rebuilt in Baroque style, 1834. Since 1957 the Paks State Farm operated a wine bottling plant in the basement. Eight hectares vineyard part of the plot. Now (since 2009) owned by local government and used for representation purposes. Listed building and the vineyard is a (conservation) area of local significance- 14 Rókus street Paks, Tolna County, Hungary.
Magyar:  : Prelátus-villa. Helyi műemléki védelem alatt, azonosító: 2869. A Prelátus-házhoz tartozó 8 hektáros szőlőterület a Rókus utca 14-nél /1996 (VII. 1.) 1117. sz. rendelet alapján helyi jelentőségű természeti terület/ Gyurki András présházát (1800-as évek) Bednárcz Róbert pápai prelátus megvette, és átépít tette, 1834-ben. Barokk homlokzat. – Tolna megye, Paks, Rókus utca 14.
