Entregaron sus cartas los embajadores de México, Ricardo Valero Recio Becerra; del Reino de Tailandia, Patcharee Poompachati; de Montenegro, Srdjan Stankovic; de Polonia, Aleksandra Piątkowska; de Marruecos, Fares Yassir, y de Trinidad y Tobago, Amery Browne.

También entregaron sus credenciales los embajadores de Namibia, Samuel Sheefeni Nuuyoma; de Mozambique, Gamiliel Sepúlveda Joao Munguambe; de Ghana, Abena Pokua Adompim Busia; de Myanmar, Myo Tint; de Benin, Boniface Vignon; de Zambia, Alfreda Chilekwa Kansembe Mwamba; de Jamaica, Sharon Miller, y de Burkina Faso, Aminata Sana-Congo.
